Returns from Satchel & Page
At Satchel & Page, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason the item you purchased from us didn't work out, you may return or exchange your unused item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund. This includes Preorder items - they are fully refundable. Please kindly note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.
We now handle returns through an automated portal. You will just need the Order Number and Email associated with the order. For returns in the continental US, we provide a complementary pre-paid shipping label. Please note, so that we can process returns and exchanges efficiently and offer the best service possible to our customers, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days from when the Return Authorization # was issued. Please note, express shipping fees that are added on by the customer are not refundable. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Original shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
