How Will My Order Ship?

Using our experience and expertise we have determined the best shipping options for each product we carry to make sure you receive the fastest, safest, and most efficient delivery possible. Available shipping options will be displayed on each item’s page and in the shopping cart.

Most items are small enough to safely ship with UPS or FedEx. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item but generally include:

Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days once the order ships.

We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on online orders. All online sales are final.

Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Damaged Merchandise:

Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival.

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please retain all packaging and report the damage to DecorGalore4U immediately. We will require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Please reach out to customer service at DecorGalore4u.sales@gmail.com Please provide your name, address, order number and pictures of the damaged item so that we can promptly address the issue. If we request information, such as pictures, serial numbers, or repair quotes, and do not receive a response from you for 30 consecutive calendar days, it is assumed that you are keeping the order in its current condition and no further remedies will be offered.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

Buyer may not request a refund due to loss or damage to the Goods in transit. Upon the Seller's discretion, a Buyer may submit a claim of damaged products, provided that Seller receives such claim within two (2) days of delivery of the Goods. Any such claims must be accompanied by a delivery receipt, signed by carrier’s agent at time of delivery, photos of the damaged Goods or such claims will be waived.

Cancellation Policy:

Delivery is usually scheduled within 24 hours after ordering. Because of this, all orders are non cancelable and non-refundable.
