RETURNS — LIGHTING

Quittner offers store credit minus a 15% restocking fee for non-custom new fixtures returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned fixtures must be in original condition and packaging, and must not have been installed. To use a company credit, client must initiate request over email prior to placing order. Hand-thrown, custom, and antique/vintage fixtures are not eligible for return, including the Porcelain Pendants and Library Lamp.

RETURNS — ALL OTHER GOODS (NON-LIGHTING)

Clients may return purchased non-lighting items for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee within 14 days from the date the order was marked as delivered by the shipper. To be eligible for a credit on your account, all items must be unused and in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (such as the packing slip). Returns are approved at our discretion and, if approved, Quittner will initiate a credit. Client is responsible for shipping the return, and the original shipping cost is not eligible for inclusion in the credit. Please note that antique and vintage pieces are not eligible for return. This policy does not apply to items marked as "not eligible for return" in the item description.
