We strive to provide low impact shipping. Our product packaging is made of 100% recyclable cardboard and is glue and tape free. Our shipping boxes use biodegradable cello tape by Eco-Enclose to secure your order.

Orders placed before 3:00pm (CDT) on a business day (M-F) will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm (CDT) will be shipped on the following business day.

We will provide you with a tracking code via email once your order is shipped. USPS guarantees delivery within 2-3 days depending on your location.

With that in mind—and in alignment with our sustainable mission to reduce waste at Bamboo Switch®—we kindly do not accept returns.

As our eco-friendly products arrive unsealed at your doorstep, your returns would have to be disposed of immediately, which would contribute to our landfill crisis.
