•Small Parcel: £4.95 (FREE on orders over £75)

•Medium Parcel: £15

•Large Parcel: £45 (London area: £35)

•Large Furniture: £130 (London area: £90)

If the items are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.

If the item is not in stock, a delivery estimate lead time will be displayed above the 'Add to basket' button. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Outside UK Mainland – contact us for a quote Please note that postcodes in Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, Aria offer a 30-day returns policy. If you receive your order and change your mind about it, just pack the items back up with the returns note that will be included in your delivery.

On the returns note, mark the returns reason, with a description if you can. Returns must be sent to:

You have 30 days to return the item to us, from the date of dispatch of your order from us. You are responsible for ensuring the items and item packaging arrive in perfect and saleable condition. We recommend sending the returns with a signed-for service. When we receive the parcels back, we will check the items and if found to be in a good and saleable condition, we will refund the returned items via our online bank, within 14 days of receiving the returns.

We cannot refund delivery charges to or from you for items that you have decided against. Should you request the return of a large item, Aria can offer a quotation for collection, based on the size of the item - contact customerservice@ariashop.co.uk.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of items of toiletries, jewellery, underwear or edible items.
