All orders shipped by registered first class airmail with international tracking number.

Please write your mobile phone number in the address. This is important for good delivery. Please check your shipping address twice and be sure that address is full and correct (apartment number, house, zipcode etc).

Shipping can be trackable on any international tracking services. Please follow the tracking number and track it time to time to avoid package return (we do not responsible for package return if you provided the wrong address or because of refuse/unclaimed package, so we will not issue full refund in these cases, but we can resend the package if you will pay shipping again or issue a partial refund without shipping cost).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or shipping troubles in transit. If your local customs stopped the package, you must resolve this directly with your post office or custom office.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or products made on demand. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Order Cancellations / Return Request (for EU Customers):

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us and we will cancel it right away. In this case, we will refund your full payment to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped you can return it within 14 days after you receive it. You have two options: wait until the parcel arrives at your post office. Simply refuse to accept it upon delivery. The postal service will send it back to us automatically. You will not have to pay for this return. Or you can collect the parcel from the post office. After that, you can ship it back to us at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number of the package. Please contact us and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be sure that item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Shipping the parcel back to our warehouse may take some time. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund too.
