White Glove Delivery Service Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes  furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Small Parcel Delivery. Refund policy We hope you love your Arhaus products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage. Return Policy Item Type Return Policy Stock Furniture, Bath Furniture, Direct Ship, and Rugs 14 days: Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to these items if they are returned for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage.
