Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. If you select express or overnight shipping option, please keep in mind that we do not process orders from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays or other times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow time for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with shipping details (within 1-3 business days).

Free domestic shipping on orders over $99 in the 48 contiguous United States ; otherwise, carrier rates apply. (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.)

International Shipping

Shipments sent outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges, please consult your own Customs authority for rates. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for free shipping, the order must be greater than $99.00 and be shipping to the contiguous United States. Large items are subject to a surcharge. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are subject to the carrier rates and will be calculated at the time of checkout. See International Shipping for additional fees.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $6.00 return shipping fee. Refunds apply to the cost of the returned product only; original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
