RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs apply.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, accessories and packaging, and the product must be returned in its original condition.

The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper handling is not covered.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Any product defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the refund will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Please include the following information in your email:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product (if damaged or faulty)

Customer's full name

Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address. We will provide the correct return address once your request has been reviewed.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Consumers have the right to cancel under the following conditions if they are acting as private individuals and not for purposes mainly related to their trade, business or profession.

Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

As we operate with a fully automated order processing system, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or stop an order once it has entered the shipping process, and refunds cannot be issued before delivery.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Paviane by sending a clear statement (for example, by email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Your cancellation will be considered complete once we have received the returned goods.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Already in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual and are outside our control.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Please wait until you receive your order and then return it to us.

You are welcome to notify us of your intention to return the order in advance.

To help us process your refund as quickly as possible, please send us your proof of return shipment.

Effects of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive shipping option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both:

your notice of cancellation; and

the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for receiving your refund.

IMPORTANT

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you're not, here's exactly where you stand.

Your right to cancel (14 days)Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason, from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive it — even if it has already shipped. To cancel, email infopaviane@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Our 30-day returns windowOn top of that, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery on unworn items in original condition and packaging.

Who pays for return postage

•Changed your mind: you pay return postage.

We'll send you the correct return address when you contact us. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

RefundsOnce we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method, including the standard delivery you paid. No fees.

Faulty goodsUnder the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Within 30 days you can reject a faulty item for a full refund; within 6 months we'll repair or replace, and refund if we can't.

Hygiene itemsFor hygiene reasons we can't accept back earrings, or underwear and swimwear with the seal removed — unless faulty. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
