📦 Body Butter Return & Refund Policy

At Body by Stripped, each jar of body butter is handmade to order using clean, ethically sourced, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free ingredients. Because of the sensitive and personal nature of skincare, we uphold the following policies to ensure freshness, hygiene, and fairness:

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. Every product is made fresh, just for you, to ensure the highest quality with every jar.

🚫 No Returns / No Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all body butter sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products.

🌡️ Temperature Warning

During hotter months, please be aware that our whipped body butters may melt if exposed to temperatures 75°F or higher. While this may affect the texture, it does not compromise the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply place it in a cool room or refrigerate briefly to re-solidify.

✨ Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Always patch test a small amount on your skin before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our formulas are gentle, but every skin is unique.
