By completing your purchase you agree to our online store policy. We only offer a Store Credit for Returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your item(s), unless picking up in store. If you pick up items in store you will have 7 days from fulfillment date to return item(s). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. SALE items are ineligible for return or credit and are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.

To initiate a return, please email lisa@momandme.com . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. Minus the shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original balance.
