(Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for US & EU orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Please contact us for assistance and customer support.WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.CHANGES & CANCELLATION: Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours after the order is placed (during business hours). After that, you will have to follow our return policy. Just keep in mind that each request will be reviewed individually. Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Orders not collected from a local pickup point can be reshipped for a shipping fee. If not collected and a refund is requested, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Once an order has tracking, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Important! Our products are high quality but remain delicate. We do not encourage buying several works and sending half back! Retour shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels). Returns Report application for refund within 7 days.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link and exceeds the 30 days.The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you).
