All items are shipped directly from the manufacture, or from my location. Shipping costs can very, but as we grow we plan to control more inventory in house. All items can take 1 to 2 days to package and ship. Sometime items can be shipped out same day. Ground is an estimate of time, and not guaranteed. You must call the shipping company or go to their site to check on policies and procedures.

Country shipments. We ship anywhere and everywhere. A few things to know before placing orders with Wake World Parts.

•We do not cover customs and or duties that are collected by the country you live in, as we cannot control these fees and or monitor the entire world.

•Email before placing orders. We require all countries to Email before placing orders to reduce the amount of mistakes you can make. Parts ordered incorrectly or without clarification will fall under our same policy and procedures as the United States.

•Shipping - we are willing to work with you on shipping costs through discounting our parts in order to help cover some of the shipping and customs fees. Once again you would need to email us before placing your order.

Our manufacturers have a 30 day return policy on items that they sell. This would be based off the the date that you receive your products. Please note that some products do not qualify for these guidelines, and if you have any questions about how the 30 day return policy works. Please give us a call. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@wakeworldparts.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent back to Wake World Parts. Depending on the product, it is sometimes drop shipped directly to you. If your return is accepted. you will need to ship it back to us directly. All returns must be pre approved before just sending something in the mail back to our store location.You can always contact us for any return question at info@wakeworldparts.com . Please note that a 30% restocking fee is charged on all items being returned. Calling and emailing ahead of placing an order can help eliminate returns.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, Engine, Transmission, Electronic components, gauges, engine wire harnesses, PDM, EPDM.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
