Returns from CottonTwist
You can return an unpersonalised item to us within 14 days if you are not entirely happy. Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty. Please contact info@cottontwist.co.uk for more information before starting your return.
Providing the item meets the returns requirements (see above), Cotton Twist will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
