Expedited U.S. Shipping - $12.95 Arrives Between 2-4 business days

Enjoy Free Expedited U.S. Shipping on all orders of $110 or more within the contiguous U.S. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your qualifying minimum subtotal of at least $110; no code needed. Subtotal refers to the amount of your order after promotional codes are applied and does not include taxes or shipping.

We ship anywhere that UPS delivers. Rates vary based on destination, and duties and taxes are included at checkout. We also offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for USPS First Class International, but duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon your order’s arrival.

When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to launches, sales, or holiday closures, it may take a bit longer for your order to ship. International delivery windows vary, but average 2+ weeks depending on destination and options selected at checkout. Items in order be may be shipped to only one address.

A preorder is an order placed for a product that is in production (rather than in stock). The anticipated ship date is noted at the top of the product listing. Your credit card/method of payment will be processed when the order is placed to reserve your item. Once the item becomes available, you'll receive confirmation via email that your order has shipped. Please note: Preorders cannot be shipped until they are available—even if expedited shipping is selected. All items in the same order ship together by default. If you order one or more items in addition to your preorder item, all of your items will be held until your preorder is ready to ship. What is your return policy?We want you to love every Solly item, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. We gladly accept free returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for all U.S. orders. To start your return or exchange, please log in to our Returns Portal using your order number and shipping zip code.

Return Eligibility–Please Read CarefullyTo be eligible for a return, all items must be in new condition—unused, unwashed, and with original packaging intact.All items are inspected to ensure they meet our return standards. Those that do not are subject to return shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or adjust the refund amount.

Refund TimingRefunds are issued once your return is marked “delivered” at our warehouse, pending inspection. Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to complete the review process before your refund is processed.

Non-Refundable ItemsItems marked Final Sale, digital gift cards, donations, gift wrapping, and original shipping costs are not eligible for return or refund.

Promotional OrdersIf you used a discount code requiring multiple items (e.g., Buy One, Get One 50% Off), returning part of your order may invalidate the promotion. Your refund will be prorated based on the adjusted value of the item(s) kept.

Can I return a gift?If you received a Solly item as a gift and it’s not the right fit, we’re happy to help. Eligible items can be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Just log in to our Returns Portal to get started.
