Shipping Area

Orders are shipped through UPS within the 48 contiguous United States only .We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii; orders received from these states will be cancelled. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to U.S. Territories and international countries. We start processing shipment after we process your payment.Bulk purchase orders are intended for end use within the United States. We do not support orders intended for export, international resale, or forwarding outside the U.S. Orders shipped to freight forwarding addresses may be declined or canceled if the final destination, end use, or forwarding status cannot be verified.

Shipping

After placed order, we will complete shipping preparations within approximately 3 business days and hand it over to our delivery partner.The estimated arrival date displayed on the checkout is based on 3 business days of shipping preparations above and the delivery lead time provided by our delivery partner.

Business days are Monday through Friday, and the cutoff is 5 pm PST.U.S. federal holidays are excluded from business days.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax as defined in every state based on customer's shipping address.Tax rate is based on zip code.

All in-store & online-store purchases are final sale.

No Returns / No Refunds for Customer PreferenceWe do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-preference reasons, including but not limited to:

•Changed mind

•Ordered by mistake

•No longer needed

•Undesired color or appearance

•Incorrect dimensions/specifications

We may accept returns / refund in the following circumstances

Requesting a Return / RefundTo request a return / refund, you must contact our EC customer support within 7 days of delivery.Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Our online store primarily sells products in bulk quantities. Because of this, we are generally unable to ship individual replacement units or replacement pieces.If only a portion of the units in an order arrives damaged or defective, the standard remedy will generally be a partial refund for the damaged or defective quantity.You don’t need to return defective or damaged merchandise unless we request.To help us review your request, please provide:

•Order number

•Customer name

•Description of the issue

•Damaged or defective quantity for each affected item

•Photos of the item and packaging (including outer box and packing materials)

•Full photo of received item(s) for wrong-item claims

•Tracking information (for non-delivery/lost package claims)

After review, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

•Partial refund for the affected quantity, including any applicable proportional shipping refund

•Refund to the original payment method

•Return and refund of the affected item/SKU, if required by Daiso

•Replacement item, only if available and applicable

Resolution may vary depending on the nature of the issue, affected quantity, product condition, inventory availability, shipping status, and applicable law.

If Daiso requests a return, the customer may be required to return all units of the affected item/SKU purchased in the order, including both damaged and undamaged units. If the return is approved and required by Daiso, we will provide a return shipping label.

Unauthorized ReturnsWe do not accept returns sent back without prior authorization.Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

However, minor variations may occur due to display settings, manufacturing batches, or measurement methods. Such differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Delays Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. If we are unable to ship your order within the required timeframe under applicable law, we will provide a remedy as required by law.
