1. Delivery Timeframes

•In-Stock Items: Flooring and carpets currently in stock can get a confirmed delivery date in around 48 hours, please check your confirmation email for exact timeframes.

•Special Orders: Products sourced from the UK or Europe have a lead time depending on the specific item, please ask in store for more information and an estimated arrival date for your product.

•Fitting Schedule: You may book a specific fitting day in-store at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Services & Charges

•Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available for customers in the Ashton-under-Lyne and Tameside areas. (Applied for deliveries within 10 miles of the showroom.)

•Standard Shipping: Delivery charges for orders outside the local area will be specified at the time of purchase. (Please contact in store for deliveries outside of the 10 mile radius, from postcode, OL6 6NQ)

•Measuring Service: Mobel Floors offers a Free Measuring Service to ensure accurate ordering before delivery.

3. Order Storage

If your home is not yet ready for installation, Mobel Floors can store your furniture or flooring in their warehouse for several weeks until you are ready to receive them.

4. Receiving Your Delivery

•Inspection: Customers must inspect all items upon arrival. Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items should be reported immediately to info@mobelfloors.com.

Accessibility:

In most cases delivery is to your external front door. Occasionally, due to accessibility constraints, the driver may only be able to deliver your order to the nearest ground floor access point, which may be the kerbside. Please note if you live in a flat or apartment our drivers cannot deliver up flights of stairs. In certain circumstances, the delivery driver may require assistance with larger items.

Some drivers may take items into the property upon request, but this is at their discretion and we cannot guarantee that they will do this. We cannot be held liable if any damage occurs as a result of items being taken into the property.

Please note that Möbel strongly advises that you do not book your fitter or landscaper until you have received and checked your order, as we are not liable for any installation costs or lost wages.

5. Click & Collect

•In-Store Pickup: Free collection is available from the showroom at Unit 5B Mossley Rd, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6NQ.

•Hours: Collections can be made Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sunday (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Mobel Floors Return Policy

At Mobel Floors, we want you to

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dreamlandfloorings@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 5B, Albion Trading Estate, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 6NQ If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at dreamlandfloorings@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dreamlandfloorings@gmail.com.

Return Window

Standard Products: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-custom flooring products in their original, unopened condition.

Custom & Cut-to-Size Products: Bespoke flooring, custom-cut materials, or products manufactured to your specific measurements are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Before Installing Your Flooring

IMPORTANT: You must inspect all flooring materials for damage, defects, or color variation before installation. Once flooring has been cut, fitted, or installed, it cannot be returned.

Inspect upon delivery - Carefully examine your flooring as soon as it arrives

Note any damage - Document any visible damage on the courier's paperwork before signing

Take photos - Photograph any defects or damage immediately

Report within 48 hours - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues for a free replacement or refund

How to Return

For Standard Returns:

•Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery

•Products must be in original, unopened packaging and saleable condition

•You are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging collection

•Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sent the wrong product: We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Item arrived damaged: If you receive damaged flooring and reported it within 48 hours, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Manufacturing defect: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded in full when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not been cut or shipped.

After cutting/dispatch: If you cancel after your flooring has been custom-cut or shipped, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover our costs.

Faulty Products

If you discover a fault after installation that was not visible during inspection:

•Contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description

•We will assess the claim and may arrange for an independent inspection

•Valid claims will be honored in accordance with your consumer rights
