International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

Lost or Damaged Items

Puzzled is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.To start a return process, you can contact us at puzzled.us@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any question at puzzled.us@gmail.com .

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 4-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
