US Domestic Orders - Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment* unless specifically stated**. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information, tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been prepared for shipment.

International Orders - Unfortunately calculating shipping for international orders is rather difficult, at times we may have to contact you to adjust the shipping or cancel your order if you prefer. We also reserve the right to change the specified carrier at checkout as sometimes the selected carrier does not work for the particular international order. If you are ordering internationally and need to have a particular carrier deliver your package for some reason, please send us a note with your order and we'll get back to you with a quote within two business days.

* - "receipt of payment" generally means at the time of purchase, if you pay with a Check or PayPal eCheck for example your order will be processed once the check has cleared. If for any other reason your order is unable to be processed within 2 business days we will contact you via text or email to let you know of any delay.

All purchases made during our clearance sales are considered final and non-refundable. All other purchases made at NomadicaOutfitters.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of Nomadica Outfitters. A restocking fee may apply.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please email us first at customerservice@nomadicaoutfitters.com for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

If the reason for return is not a result of a Nomadica Outfitters error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by Nomadica Outfitters may be deducted from your refund. Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Nomadica Outfitters will be deducted from your refund.

If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.

We are unable to accept returns of Kovea Gas Canisters.

It generally takes 3 – 5 days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email confirmation.

When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Nomadica Outfitters cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
