Royal Mail (UPGRADE)
The two postage options above can be upgraded.
Priority - The delivery aim for this service is 1 - 2 working days*
Standard - The delivery aim for this service is 2 - 3 working days*

Returns from PATCHERS
FREE RETURNS
We offer a 60 day returns guarantee on all our items, and we'll pay the postage.
We only ask that your item is unused, and in the same condition, and packaging that you received it.
To complete your return, we require an invoice/order number, send us an email at sales@patchers.co.uk for details of how to send it back to us.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our items, if an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within this time frame, we will process a refund or replacement for you. Send us an email at sales@patchers.co.uk for details of how to send it back to us. Items are not covered for accidental or purposeful damage.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, that should appear on your statement within 3 or 4 days.
