Which shipping carrier do you use?
All shipping is via Canada Post, UPS, or our local delivery team.
What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping within Canada for orders over $150. Depending on current shipping statuses, we typically instate a $15 flat rate for ground shipping within the province of British Columbia and $20 flat rate for ground shipping outside the province of British Columbia for orders under $150.
Please note, due to Canada Post shipping operations being currently suspended, we have adjusted our shipping rates according to alternative carrier prices.
Shipping rates outside of Canada will be calculated upon checkout. Customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, customs, taxes and brokerage fees that may be incurred.
Can I pick my order up in-store instead?
Yes! An in-store pickup option is available for shoppers in the Vancouver area who would like to avoid shipping charges. Orders can be collected at our 3740 Main Street store.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all shipments please allow 3-5 days for handling and between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Statuatory Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders placed during these times may take an additional 2 to 3 days to be fulfilled.
Do you accept cancellations?
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment by contacting us at shopgiftsonline@frontandcompany.ca . Please note that once the shipping process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

NEW ITEMS
New, non-consignment items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of shipment receival. We do not offer refunds. For your return to be accepted, and for a store credit or exchange to be issued, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags enclosed. Please note that sale items, gift certificates, hair accessories, socks, and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return. Likewise, shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns can be processed in-store or by mail - according to your preference.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Send us an email at shopgiftsonline@frontandcompany.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.
Front & Company will contact you within 1-3 business days.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURNS IN-STORE
Within 14 days of receiving your order, bring your items to be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to our 3740 Main Street Store .
Present your original invoice to the cashier.
An exchange or credit note will be provided if the item(s) meet the appropriate return criteria.
