We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are in stock and are placed on workdays will be shipped at the end of the week. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the package delivery of GLS and will always have a tracking. In general, once we ship from our warehouse the delivery will take place the next working day ( BE & NL ) between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We ship to all of Europe, but if your country isn't listed, we unfortunately can't ship to you. This could be because of heavy import restrictions duties or air freight for e.g. US and Canada.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6,5 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. If the consumer has paid an amount, the company will refund this amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after the withdrawal. Here is the guarantee of the product is received back by the merchant or closed evidence of complete return consultation. Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer authorizes a different payment method. If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product. The consumer can not be held liable for any reduction in value of the product if the company has not set up all the mandatory information about the right of withdrawal, this should be done before the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
