General Shipping

Pro Audio and Lighting ships most domestic packages through UPS. All international packages will be estimated through our shopping cart for U.S.P.S. shipping only.

Customers may request a shipping quote through an alternate carrier such as UPS after checking out by emailing orders@ProAAL.com . Such quotes will be billed separately and in most cases are more expensive due to carrier surcharges.

Heavy or oversized items will ship via a trucking company of our choice. We research the least expensive and most reliable transportation available to assist you in choosing a shipper.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping refers to the shipping method only. Packages may be delayed due to a number of factors including:

•Orders placed outside normal business hours.

•Orders placed after the shipper's receiving hours.

•Warehouse handling time.

If you need an order by a specific date, email orders@ProAAL.com or call 1-800-357-8991 to verify we can ship in time.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipper.

Shipping Address & Fraud Protection

Shipping addresses must match either your credit card billing address or any alternate address registered for shipping with your credit card company.

Please contact your credit card company to authorize any additional shipping address. PayPal addresses must be confirmed before we can ship. These policies are part of our fraud protection efforts and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold will be listed on the product page or applied globally based on order amount.

To qualify for free shipping:

•Total order amount must exceed the stated free shipping amount, excluding tax, unless stated otherwise for special promotions.

•You must select Best Way Ground Shipping at checkout.

•Limited to the continental U.S. only. Canadian orders do not qualify.

•PO and APO box surcharges apply.

•Excludes oversized or heavy truck-only items and orders exceeding 7 shippable pounds.

•Not valid with other special offers.

•Excludes Technics turntables and ATDSCO brand products.

•Due to manufacturer policy, Korg and Bose orders can only be shipped within U.S. boundaries.

Pro Audio and Lighting reserves the right to end or change this free shipping policy at any time.

DOA Products

Occasionally you may receive an item that is not functional. If your purchase is inoperable, return it to the store. If purchased online, email us immediately at returns@ProAAL.com so we can help troubleshoot.

Contact us within 5 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization number. No returned products will be accepted without an RA number.

It is the customer's responsibility to return items to the store location they purchased from. If the product was purchased online or by phone and shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping on items claimed defective or DOA.

ProAAL will test the item. If determined defective, we will credit ground shipping and replace or repair the item at no charge. Any product returned as defective that tests as working, or is found to be customer-damaged, will incur a $15 fee plus repair or replacement costs and shipping charges.

General Returns

If unsatisfied for any reason, you may return an item within 14 days for an exchange or store credit toward another item.

No cash, credit card, PayPal, or Amazon refunds. All store credits and exchanges are less processing fees and original shipping and handling fees.

Items must be returned in new, resalable condition. The following will automatically incur a minimum 25% restocking fee:

•Gear that has been rack mounted.

•Damaged gear due to misuse.

•Any product that looks used or cannot be resold as new.

•Items missing original packaging, accessories, or paperwork.

Please do not write on the box, manual, or warranty card until you are certain you will keep the purchase. If applicable, include a copy of the packing list and clearly indicate your reason for return.

Special Orders

Special order items are guaranteed to be free of defects by the manufacturer. Since these items are specifically ordered for you, they cannot be returned to us for credit or exchange. They must be returned directly to the manufacturer as a warranty claim.

Return Exceptions

Items that do not qualify for a return include items in unsellable condition, items with missing parts, altered or modified items, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery. Items qualifying for a return are at the sole discretion of store management.

The following items are never eligible for return:

•Used gear or items with signs of use, wear, or tear.

•Repair components or parts, including replacement woofers, horns, and tweeters.

•Software, sound cards, opened expansion boards, USB/FireWire audio or MIDI interfaces, duplicators, DAT recorders, and recording media.

•Consumable items such as fluids, gels, cartridges, styli, bulk cable, carpeting, replacement lamps, CDs, karaoke discs, and vinyl.

•Items that come in direct contact with the user's head or mouth, including microphones and headphones, due to health concerns.

Damaged in Transit

Always inspect your shipment for obvious damage before signing the shipping release. You may request, in the shipper's presence, to open the box and inspect for concealed damage.

If an item arrives damaged, email returns@ProAAL.com within 72 hours of receipt. The item will be picked up and inspected for shipping damage.

Please be advised that return fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.

Delivery Refused

If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable to the address provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. This includes all outbound and inbound shipping fees.

If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees, tariffs, and duties on international shipments will also be added to the restocking fee at the time of return.

Shipping Costs

We will pay return freight charges for any item returned as a result of our error. You are responsible for all other return shipping charges.

How to Return an Online Order

•Email returns@proaal.com to request your RA number and return instructions.

•Repack items using all original materials. Double-box your shipment to prevent damage.

•Insure the package for the full purchase value.

•Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the shipping label.

•Ship using a traceable service such as UPS or FedEx. Keep your tracking number.

All items received without an RA number will be refused at the customer's expense.

Katapult customers: Returns for full cash value incur a 20% restocking fee within 14 days of purchase. Email returns@proaal.com before returning any goods for an RA number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Important Reminders

•You are responsible for your return merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse.

•No returns without the original sales receipt.

•All online and phone order returns must be directed to returns@proaal.com .

•Absolutely no returns or refunds after 14 days of purchase.
