•Postage charges are applied automatically depending on your postcode, however sometimes errors can be made. We reserve the right to charge extra if a mistake on postage cost is discovered.

If you contact us by telephone, we may ask you to confirm the details in writing by email or post.

Change-of-mind returns

Products bought directly from Red Gorilla® can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in a resaleable condition and returned with any original packaging where possible.

If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Wherever possible, please include photographs of the product, its packaging, and any shipping labels to help us investigate your claim.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, as we may no longer be able to verify the condition of the goods at the time of delivery or pursue the matter with our courier or warehouse partners.

Requests for replacements or refunds relating to delivery damage, shortages, or incorrect items made several months after delivery will normally be declined unless required by your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty goods after delivery

If a product develops a genuine manufacturing fault after delivery, please contact us with your order details, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the fault.

We will assess the issue in accordance with your statutory rights and any applicable product warranty.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, incorrect storage or use outside the product’s intended purpose may not be treated as a manufacturing fault.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

•Your order number

•Details of the product you would like exchanging, refunding or replacing

The reason for the return, exchange or claim

•Photographs of the product, packaging and shipping labels where relevant

If you bought your product(s) from another supplier

If you purchased your Red Gorilla® product(s) from another supplier, either online or from a retail store, please contact the place you purchased the product from. They will be responsible for handling your return, exchange or refund in line with their own returns policy and your statutory rights.
