Delivery times shown at checkout are in business days (M-F) . We alter these timelines as needed with seasonal demand.

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship all express orders placed before 12pm (noon) Pacific time on the same day.

Standard and economy orders may not ship out until the next business day.

NOTE: During peak season (Oct-Dec), economy shipping orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse.

Free domestic delivery applies only to orders placed to the contiguous 48 US states.

Our shipping services do not guarantee delivery on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The cost of international shipping depends on the size of your order as well as the precise destination of delivery. Add desired products to your cart and enter your delivery address to calculate an accurate price.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here .

Our policy extends to 45 days from the purchase date.

We offer the choice of a refund to original payment, store credit, or an exchange of the same item in another size. International orders are limited to refund only.

If more than 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

•Gift cards

•Items marked as final sale

•Hosiery/socks

•Stickers and enamel pins

There are certain situations in which no refunds are granted:

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.

Demonia Cult reserves the right to determine whether your return is eligible for a full refund based on the condition we receive the merchandise in. Photos are taken of all returns to verify item condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, depending on your refund method of choice, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your return is rejected, you will have 14 days to purchase and provide us with a return label so we can ship your shoes back to you. No refund or credit will be issued.

International orders are not eligible for free returns. If a prepaid return is chosen, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose "self postage", you will pay the postage to return the item.

Exchanges (USA)

We offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item. Note that exchanges are limited to size variations only. Should you require a return for a previously exchanged item, note that this will be subject to a restocking fee of $9.95. Any refund issued in this case will be issued to the original payment method on the original order. This cannot be changed, and we do not offer store credit in this situation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account closely. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before the refund transaction is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@demoniacult.com

Clearance items/Final sale

Only regular inventory items may be returned, clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. A clearance item on the website will be designated as such by the final-sale notice shown on the item page, in your cart, and at checkout.
