Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

Shipping times will also depend on which shipping method is selected and any guidance provided on product pages. You will receive tracking information after your order is placed and paid for. Please note that every catalogue item at FeverMates generally ships same/next day, except where back-orders/pre-orders are indicated on the site, or during periods of peak demand for products.

There may be delays where FeverMates warehouse is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply or during periods of peak shipping due to holidays or other circumstances (such as COVID-19). This delivery guideline will change for country and West Australia deliveries such as Perth.

For orders outside of Australia, p roduct delivery is generally made within 7-10 business days from when the order is placed and paid for.

Hand sanitiser cannot ship outside of Australia at present & can only be shipped via road due to its flammable rating.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Note free shipping above!

Can I track my order?

Tracking details will be sent to you when your order is shipped. We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT) as well as local postal services (Australia Post, Royal Mail, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available, and if available, may be delayed in being sent. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterwards - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how FeverMates's warranty policy works and how you can use it when shopping with us!

What Products are Provided with Warranty?

FeverMates guarantees all products sold are fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied, acceptable in appearance and finish, free from defects, safe and of course durable.

Repair, Replacement or Refund

You can return an item to FeverMates if it’s faulty, incorrectly described, different from a sample shown, doesn’t do what we said it would do or if it’s not of acceptable quality. If the product is unsafe, can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, or you simply would not have bought it given the nature of the defect, we’ll offer you an exchange, repair or refund.

Warranty

To request an exchange, repair or refund, you will need to prove that you purchased the product from FeverMates. If you can’t provide an order confirmation, another form of proof of purchase will be required. If the product is assessed to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.

Warranty Exceptions

Change of mind returns are offered on a limited range of products only and only on occasion and as agreed with FeverMates. In order for us to assess a change of mind refund, please contact FeverMates within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original new condition and unopened.

Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

Under these Limited Warranties, the legal liability of our store is limited to replacement or refund if required.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorisation of our store. Please note, that some States Do Not Allow Limitations On How Long An Implied Warranty Lasts, So The Above Limitations May Not Apply To You.

Change and Return

Filing a warranty change or a warranty return is an easy process, requiring nothing more than your proof of purchase (which usually is the receipt you received), the item itself and the return label printed out by you and put at the top of the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NOTE: Refunds do not apply to hand sanitiser, probiotics, vitamins, face masks, COVID Rapid Antigen Test kits and other medical devices and products due to health and hygiene reasons. Refunds will also not be given if the product has been opened or used.

Cancellations

At present there is STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND ON COVID Rapid Antigen Test kits orders.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation charge on the total value of the order - this is levied on the total value of the order by our bank/payment gateway and includes commission, restocking and shipping fees, and unfortunately, we must pass this on to the purchaser.

AfterPay orders will incur up to 7% cancellation fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@FeverMates.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact our Online Customer Service Representative for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
