Order Processing Time

We aim to ship orders on the day the order is placed as mail service allows. Most orders will ship within one to three business days unless it is a pre-order for an item that is not yet available. For those orders, we will notify you when we receive the product, and it is ready to ship.

Local Pickup

Most orders will be ready for local pickup the day the order is placed, or by the date and time you request at the time you place your order. We will notify you if there is a delay.

Bike Shipping Policy

Most bikes that can be purchased on our website ship free to the lower 48 states within 1-3 days. We can ship some clearance Transitions, but current model year Transition bikes must be picked up in-store. Bikes under $1,500 ship for $100.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support @thepathbikeshop.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on sale items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We do offer returns on sale items, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping. We also do not offer free returns on bicycles, frames, complete wheels or rims, or on forks. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping on these items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you paid with a debit card via PayPal, please note that it can take up to 7 days for those funds to be returned to your card, per PayPal's policy.
