Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or the best method from Buffalo, NY and generally ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed, though during our busy seasons we may require some extra time .
Canada
We have a standard shipping fee of US$9.95 per order regardless of the amount or variety of items. Orders are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, ON or via USPS from Buffalo, NY. Shipping from Toronto, ON: It takes 1-3 weeks to ship most of the items. Special note regarding tree seeds: Seeds are hand-selected in our Buffalo, NY seed bank and then consolidated in our Toronto warehouse. From there, orders are sent by First Class mail to their final destination. As a result, please allow at least an extra 3 weeks for delivery of seeds in Canada. In very rare cases, we may not be able to offer $9.95 shipping to some remote locations. We will contact you if there is an issue.
