Shipping rates and information – Continental US

Shipping is calculated based on your order total and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates start at $8.95.

Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically on qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Current offers, if any, are typically featured in the announcement bar on our homepage. Eligibility requirements and exclusions may apply. Only one promotion code may be used per order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

•Economy shipping: 5–7 business days

•Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may ship the following business day. Holidays and extreme weather conditions may slow delivery.

We ship exclusively with FedEx and the US Postal Service. We cannot honor special carrier requests with Economy shipping.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: Please call (800) 593-5656 for rates. These orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship it at no extra charge as soon as it becomes available.

Gift Orders: Any gift messages will be applied to the outside of the package next to the shipping label. Pricing information will not be included.

Return Window: You may return any item within 365 days of purchase for an exchange or full product refund.

How to Start a Return: Before returning an item, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team — we can often resolve issues faster with a replacement part or troubleshooting assistance.

Return Shipping: Ship your return to: Duncraft, Attn: Returns Department, 102 Fisherville Road, Concord, NH 03303

Please include your name, billing address, order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (exchange or refund). You will not be charged for shipping and handling on replacement orders.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift certificates and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
