How much is delivery?

FREE UK delivery for orders over £35

It is just £3.95 for orders less than £35

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Your order will be dispatched with 1-2 days of order

Orders made over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday

How long will it take to be delivered?

All our parcels are shipped using the Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. You will receive the tracking on dispatch, this has been a very reliable service for us.

My Parcel hasn't arrived?

Please allow extra time for your parcel to be delivered at peak periods, sometimes they can take a little longer. If your parcel still hasn't arrived please get in touch at hello@allthekids.co.uk

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment we only deliver to the UK.

We hope you love your products, but if you need to return something please read the below for further instructions.

I want to cancel an order I have placed

If your item has not yet been dispatched we may be able to cancel your order, but please get in contact as soon as possible as this is a very limited window of opportunity.

My products are damaged/faulty

If you have an issue with your product, please email us at hello@allthekids.co.uk. If you can include an image of the issue that would be really helpful for us, and we'll resolve the issue free of charge.

I want to return something

We are happy to accept returns on all products within 90 days. The products must be returned in an "as new" condition in any original packaging. Unfortunately we can't pay return postage costs, please drop us an email at hello@allthekids.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
