This policy covers shipping for merchandise orders placed through our online store. It does not apply to bourbon or other alcohol products, which are not currently sold through this site.

Hye Rye Pre-Sale

Hye Rye Pre-Sale bottles can only be picked up at the distillery in Fall 2028 (exact date TBA). All bottles must be picked up in person at Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas, within 90 days of pickup notification. Bottles cannot be shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Monday will be fulfilled on the following Tuesday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship via standard ground carriers within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout as an estimate, not a guarantee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at shop@garrisonbros.com and we'll help sort it out.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

We want you to be happy with your Garrison Brothers merchandise. This policy covers returns and refunds for items purchased through our online store.

Return Window

You may return unworn, unused merchandise in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email shop@garrisonbros.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions for sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@garrisonbros.com and we'll make it right — no return shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at shop@garrisonbros.com and we'll help you swap it out, subject to availability.
