Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We will gladly exchange any items meeting the following conditions. All items must be received within 14 days of the original ship date. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship back via trackable shipping method.

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached. Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no charge. If you decide to do a store credit we will send you a store credit code via email. We do not offer any refunds at this time. They only reason a full refund should issued is if you receive a damaged item.

If you receive a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
