Spring Maintenance Bundle

At Silver Lining Herbs, we strive to fulfill and ship orders within one business day of receipt of payment for your order. Orders are processed as they are received, and in most cases, if your order is placed by 1:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (excluding Saturday and Sunday), it will go out the same day.

Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Buhl, ID. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by shipping companies, customs, or agricultural authorities, weather, and other outside bureaucracies.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the USA on orders over $99. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Free shipping is still available to Hawaii and Alaska on orders over $150.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and UPS. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments.Canadian customers may choose from a range of shipping options with UPS and USPS. International packages are estimated to take 2-20 business days; however, faster services are available upon request. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact your account representative if you encounter an issue. Silver Lining Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due before the order can be placed “out-for- delivery” by the carrier. The carrier will send notification of total duties and taxes owed (typically via phone call or email), and if you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Silver Lining Herbs. In this event, your account will be refunded for the cost of the order excluding any shipping costs.

Goods sold into Canada may be subject to duties and taxes, including:

•Goods and Services Tax (GST)

•Harmonized Tax (HST), which combines both GST and provincial taxes in some Canadian provinces.

•Provincial Sales Tax (PST), for provinces not covered by a harmonized tax.

•Quebec Sales Tax (QST), a taxation scheme used in Quebec province.

USPS Priority 2 to 4 days (USA) : 2 to 5 days (Canada)

UPS Ground USA & Canada: approximately 2 to 7 days

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives on time and in good condition. If you have any issues with your order's shipment, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silver Lining Herbs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return new, unused items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@silverliningherbs.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, as well as a return shipping label. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in inadequate condition for restocking, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes our miscellaneous items such as horse blankets, tail bags, hats, T-shirts, and multi-feed bags. This also includes our custom orders, which are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
