Complimentary Shipping UPS Ground shipping is available on parts and supply orders over $200 and under 5 lbs. within the continental United States. Certain items (including equipment, chemicals, cleaning solutions, and repair returns) are excluded.

Non-Returnable Items Capacitors, metals (including alloy, solder, and laser wire), special-order items, and custom items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. No exceptions will be made due to customer ordering errors on these items.
Eligible Returns All other items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt if in unused, resalable, original condition and original packaging. Items not in original packaging or used may be rejected for return or subject to a reconditioning fee.
