Order Processing

All orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Express Shipping orders placed by 1:59 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays.

Express orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day and ship once processing is complete.

Once an order is submitted, it is quickly sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Which carriers do you use?

US Novelty ships using a variety of trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on the destination, package size, and service level chosen at checkout.

Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. While we process and ship orders according to the selected shipping method, carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, transportation issues, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

While most packages arrive within the estimated transit time, occasional delays can occur due to weather, transportation issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should a carrier delay occur.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes using eligible carrier services. Delivery times to PO Boxes may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes. We proudly ship to APO and FPO military addresses. Delivery times for military mail can vary and may take longer than standard domestic deliveries.

Do You Ship to Puerto Rico?

Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico and all 50 U.S. states.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, US Novelty does not offer international shipping outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized, heavy, or restricted items may require special shipping methods or may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at cinfo@usnovelty.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at cinfo@usnovelty.com .

Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
