Your shipping confirmation email will provide an updated package arrival time. Tracking availability varies based on the types of items purchased, the selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the purchase date (both online and in-store purchases) to request a return, provided, however, that return eligibility remains subject to all exclusions and limitations set forth in this policy, including restrictions applicable to event-related purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All original tags, stickers, pins/special components (if applicable) need to be included for the return to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return: Purchases made in store can only be returned in store. Online orders must be returned through our online returns portal.

Online Purchases:

Visit our Returns Portal here and sign in with your order number and email address

•Select the item(s) and reason for your return

Select the prepaid FedEx label to send the return back to us

•Confirm and Complete

•A copy of your packing slip and shipping label will be sent to your email address.

In-Store:

•Bring the item along with the original receipt to any of our retail locations.

•Our store associates will assist you with the return process.

•Returning an item that was purchased as a gift (an item for which you are not the original purchaser), the refund will be issued as store credit. To receive store credit, you must provide:

•The order number (found on the receipt).

•Your name and email address (to apply the credit to your account).

Refunds:

•For online returns, you can expect a refund to be issued for your return within 10 business days of being received at our warehouse.

•All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment, and will post within 2-3 business days depending on the financial institution.

•Gift Returns:

•Items that were purchased in-store as a gift (an item for which you are not the original purchaser), the refund will be issued as a store credit. To receive store credit you must provide: - The original order/transaction number (found on the receipt) - Your name and email (to apply the credit to your New Era account)

•To clarify, this gift return option is only available for in-store purchases at one of our retail locations.

•Cash Returns:

•Cash refunds over $250 are handled at the store’s discretion. Refunds exceeding this amount may be issued by check.

Store Credit:

•Will be directly linked to your New Era account email address.

•Can be used in-store and online for eligible products.

•Unless otherwise noted, store credit expires 365 days from the date of issuance.

•Non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance after expiration will be forfeited.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

•Giftcards

•Customer, personalized, or special order items

•Sale product

•Items purchased at New Era Pop-Up events (ComplexCon, NBA All-Star Weekend, etc.) unless stated otherwise

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

•Products purchased in connection with a specific athlete, team, sporting event, championship, tournament, game, draft, roster decision, player transaction, promotion, collaboration, limited release, or other time-sensitive event where the requested return is based, in whole or in part, on the outcome or occurrence of such event rather than a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error. Returns will not be accepted based on athletic performance, game results, team or player performance, draft outcomes, roster moves, injuries, trades, suspensions, retirements, endorsements, personal conduct, or other contingent, speculative, or post-purchase events unrelated to the condition of the product or the accuracy of order fulfillment.

New Era reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a requested return relates to an event-driven, athlete-driven, team-driven, or other time-sensitive purchase for which the underlying product demand, marketability, or resale opportunity may be materially impacted by the passage of time or the occurrence of the applicable event.

We can only accept returns or inquiries for products purchased directly through neweracap.com or an official New Era retail store. Items purchased through third-party sellers – including authorized retailers, stadium stores, other e-commerce platforms, or external retail locations – are not eligible for return or refund through New Era; see “Non-New Era Items Returned to New Era (Return-to-Sender Option)” below for how New Era may return such items back to you.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or silhouette, please place a new order and return the original item.

Price Adjustments:

We do not offer price adjustments or match prior promotions. Our releases and promotions vary by timing and availability, and pricing reflects those conditions at the time of purchase.

Other Terms:

· Event-Related Purchases : Products associated with athletes, teams, sporting events, championships, drafts, collaborations, promotions, limited releases, or similar events are purchased at the customer's own discretion. New Era does not guarantee any particular outcome, performance, roster status, participation, appearance, achievement, or continued association of any athlete, team, league, influencer, celebrity, or collaborator. Changes in such circumstances do not constitute a defect, fulfillment error, misrepresentation, or basis for a return, refund, exchange, chargeback, or store credit.

Store Credit :

•Cannot be combined with other promotional credits unless stated by New Era.

•New Era is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of store credit. Please safeguard your account information.

•A written copy of this policy is available upon request.

Non-New Era Items Returned to New Era (Return-to-Sender Option) :

•If you send back to New Era an item that was not purchased from neweracap.com or an official New Era retail store, New Era does not accept the item for return or refund. However, upon your written request received by New Era within thirty (30) days of your delivery of such item, New Era may return the item to the customer, provided the customer pays all shipping, handling, and related fees in advance. If New Era does not receive your written request for return an item within thirty (30) days of your delivery of such item, New Era may dispose of such item.

How to Request : Email a written request to questions@neweracap.com with (i) your full name and return address, (ii) a description of the item, and (iii) proof of the date the item was delivered to you.

Fees & Timing : New Era will provide an estimated fee to cover shipping, handling, and any other related fees and a link to remit payment. If payment is not received within 30 days of New Era’s fee notice, New Era may treat the item as abandoned and handle it in accordance with this policy.

Condition & Safety : New Era may decline to return items that are unsafe, contaminated, illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise present compliance risks.

Risk of Loss : Title and risk of loss for the item re ‑ transfer to the customer upon New Era’s tender of the item to the carrier. New Era is not responsible for carrier delays or loss once shipped.

No Refunds or Exchanges : This Return ‑ to ‑ Sender Option does not create eligibility for a refund, exchange, credit, or any other remedy under New Era’s returns policy.

Identification & Data Use :

•We reserve the right to require and securely record information from a valid state or government-issued ID for returns. This information is solely used to help authorize returns and protect against fraudulent activity.

Policy Misuse :

•If we identify misuse of our policies, including excessive returns, attempts to return products based on athletic performance, game results, draft outcomes, roster decisions, or other event-related circumstances, fraudulent activity, purchasing for resale, or other conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of this policy, we reserve the right to deny returns, cancel orders, refuse service, limit future purchases, or discontinue future transactions.
