Made-to-order & custom pieces Please refer to the product page for lead times and specific delivery information. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, manufacturing lead times may vary. Cancellations more than 48 hours after ordering are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Estimated delivery time The "Ships" time is an estimate of when the piece will leave the vendor's warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Delivery Tuesday, 24 January – Monday, 30 January", the piece will leave the vendor's warehouse 2–3 business days after you place your order. While vendors work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, pieces that are personalised, custom-configured, or in high demand may have longer lead times. Occasionally, we may confirm shipping and delivery times and then learn that we are unable to fulfil the order due to low availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email with new shipping and delivery times.

Small items (sent by parcel carriers) Express delivery for most of Europe: delivered within 2–4 days. Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 2–6 days. Returns — We accept returns of in-stock pieces within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.*

•Items must be returned unused and undamaged, with any tags attached and the original packaging included.

•Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.

•Household products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

Return shipping — Change-of-mind returns are at your cost: request a collection (the cost is deducted from your refund) or ship the piece back yourself with tracking within 14 days. Free returns apply exclusively under our Buyer Protection™ — pieces that arrive damaged, never arrive, or are not as described.

Made-to-order & custom pieces — These pieces are created specifically for you. They cannot be returned once dispatched, and cancellations more than 48 hours after ordering are subject to our Cancellation Policy (Terms & Conditions, Section 10). For customers in the EU and UK, statutory withdrawal rights continue to apply to eligible items; custom and personalised pieces are exempt by law.
