Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom only. Your order will be shipped with DHL, and you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Splash Blanket products: Flat rate of £7.99 per shipment *

Yoni Pleasure Palace products: Flat rate of £4.99 per shipment

*Bamboujee products: Alternate flat rate shipping applies due to the heavier weight of these blankets.

We always try to consolidate your order to minimize shipping costs. However, if your order includes items stocked at different warehouses, separate shipping fees will apply.

Examples:

If you order multiple Splash Blanket products and they all ship from one warehouse → £7.99 total.

If your Splash Blanket products are stocked at two different warehouses → £7.99 × 2.

If you order one Splash Blanket product and one Yoni Pleasure Palace product → £7.99 + £4.99 = £12.98 total.

If you order multiple Yoni Pleasure Palace products that ship from different warehouses → £4.99 × 2, and so on.

Shipping fees are flat, all-inclusive, and cover door-to-door delivery. There are no additional taxes, import duties, or hidden fees.

Where do we ship from?

We currently only ship within the UK from this website and as we have stock in multiple locations across the world, your parcel might be shipped from one of our international locations. Keep in mind we do try to ship from the closest location but all depends on stock levels. However, please note all import fees are included on our pricing.

Discreet Packaging:

Your privacy is important to us. We use discreet packaging without any external branding. All parcels will display “Splash Blanket PTY LTD” as the sender.

Delivery Times:

All our orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the order * .

We offer two shipping options on this website for orders within the UK:

Express - DHL : Allow 1-3 business days for delivery once dispatched.

Standard - Evri : Allow 2-4 business days for delivery once dispatched .

*It may take slightly longer during busy seasons and sales.

Tracking Your Order:

It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking and delivery of your parcel. If the item is returned due to delivery issues, you’ll be charged for re-shipping. We recommend monitoring the tracking link provided in the automated email sent when your product ships. All items are shipped through DHL and Evri and can be tracked below:

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Order:

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Order Changes / Cancellation:

We cannot make any guarantees, but if you contact us ASAP we will do our best to make a change to your order, or cancel your order before it is processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please contact our team at hello@splashblanket.co.uk immediately with your order number and your change/cancellation request.

If your cancellation is accepted, a store credit will be issued.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Note if your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. Please contact the relative postal service with your tracking number, to ask for your parcel to be redirected.

Pre-Order Items:

If your order contains items marked as ‘pre-order’, it means these items are not in stock, and we are waiting for new stock to arrive at our warehouse. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated dispatch dates, which are subject to change based on supplier shipping status.

To avoid multiple shipping fees, All items will ship altogether only when the pre-order item is ready to be dispatched. If you wish to split your shipment please email us at hello@splashblanket.co.uk to arrange a second shipping fee for in-stock items.

Return to sender (RTS) parcels:

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customers error, provides an incorrect shipping address, fails to arrange delivery with the courier company, or fails to pick up the parcel from the collection point, the parcel becomes a return to sender (RTS). We will contact you (the customer) when we receive your parcel back at our warehouse with further instructions.

The customer will be charged for re-shipment and it is the customers responsibility to make payment and provide the true and correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point, if applicable.

If the customer has changed their mind on their purchase and does not want their order to be re-shipped, we will issue a store credit for the item(s) you purchased, minus the return fees.

Additional Information:

At Splash Blanket UK, we offer flat shipping rates through DHL services.

•For shipping within the UK, excluding Scotland, shipping is £ 8 GBP.

•For shipping to Scotland shipping is £ 12 GBP. Please note these rates are generated at Splash Blankets discretion.

Please note that our customer service team is based in Western Australia.

Do we accept returns?

We do accept change of mind returns and exchanges provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the product(s) remain unused and inside their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@splashblanket.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) and we can assist you from there.

All returns will be processed for either a store credit or exchange only.

Orders within the UK: We can provide a return label to attach to your return shipment at your expense .

Outside of the UK: You will need to arrange for the product(s) to be returned at your cost . Please contact us via email for more information.

Please be aware that for returns and exchanges, a restocking fee of 2.99 GBP applies. We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization.

Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 7 days for your return to be inspected and processed by our team.

Damages and Issues:

If you receive an item that is defective or is the wrong product, please contact us at hello@splashblanket.co.uk within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and include photographs of the affected product, and we will be able to assist you from there.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds; however, we can issue a store credit. Please be aware that the store credit has no expiration date, so you can use this at any time!

Order Cancellations:

We cannot make any guarantees, but if you contact us ASAP we will try to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Please contact our team at hello@splashblanket.co.uk with your order number. If your cancellation is accepted, a store credit will be issued. Please await our response to your email prior to placing an additional order, as this may not be necessary based on your request.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it.

Discount Codes:

All discount codes must be applied during the checkout process. It is not possible to add a discount code after your order has been placed. We are unable to issue refunds or store credits if you neglect to use a discount code.

You can still use your discount code on any new orders, as long as the code is still valid.
