We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused/unwashed merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, excluding exceptions* listed below , within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at questions@innobaby.com to obtain a RAN(return authorization number). Include in your email: 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) order number, 4) item you wish to return, and 5) the reason for returning. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will provide you a full refund, less return/shipping fees, if applicable.

We recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment. Once we receive the merchandise, we will be happy to issue you credit for merchandise only.

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, it must be returned or exchanged through the retailer by following their return / exchange policy.

If you purchased your item directly from us at an event booth, please indicate the receipt number on the email request. Your return item must include this original receipt to obtain credit for your merchandise. All shipping charges incurred during sale, return, and in exchange is paid by the customer.
