At Sniff Box we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service. For orders exceeding £25, we provide complimentary fully tracked delivery. The delivery charge will be automatically waived during the checkout process once the order surpasses the £25 threshold. It's important to note that the £25 threshold specifically applies to the items in your basket; the standard postage fee is not included in the £25 total. Orders below £25 are delivered on a flat rate of £3.50.

Order processing and delivery schedule

once you place an order on our website, we immediately begin processing it. to help you plan your purchase please note the following schedule.

order cutoff time: 5:00 pm { Greenwich mean time London}

order handling time: 0-1 day {Monday- Friday}

order transit time: 2-4 days {Mondays-Fridays}

Weekend Dispatch Schedule Although we operate seven days a week, we do not process dispatches on Sundays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday and on Saturdays will be processed over the weekend but will not be dispatched until Monday. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Need Your Order Sooner? For urgent orders, we recommend reaching out via email to inquire about an estimated dispatch time. Since all of our orders are custom-made and unique, creating them can take time. Therefore, we do not offer 'next day' delivery to prevent delays in processing other orders in the queue.

Dispatch Notification Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way.

Delivery Courier All orders are delivered with full tracking provided by Royal Mail

International Orders Currently, we can only ship within the UK. If you are located outside the UK and place an order, it will be canceled and refunded. Please note, payment gateway fees may apply and are non-refundable.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

Check with neighbours or household members

If your order is still missing, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date, at info@sniffbox.co.uk

Please note:In some circumstances, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund where:

The delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, or

The courier confirms successful delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue

A photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label

Where an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in their original packaging

Have all seals intact

Show no signs of use, tampering, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfume decants, unless they are faulty or not as described

Gift cards and promotional items

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

For change-of-mind returns or incorrect purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A return fee of £3.50 applies

No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us before sending any items back.

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Photos showing any damage or issue (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we may request additional information where repeated refund or replacement claims are made.Claims may be declined where misuse or abuse is reasonably suspected, in line with applicable law.
