To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new and unopened, or opened with minimal use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, you can contact us . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received your item, we will process your refund. There is a $15 restocking fee for any return. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. Our refund process can take up to 10 business days from the day the item is received and the time you receive your refund on your original payment method may vary depending on the financial institution.

Exchange:

We do not accept fragrance exchanges. You can either return your fragrance for a refund minus a $15 restocking fee and purchase a new fragrance, or simply return a fragrance for a refund minus the $15 restocking fee. In both instances, the fragrance must meet the criteria outlined in the refund policy above.

Exceptions:

•If your product is damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.

•We cannot accept returns on gift cards or products ordered with gift cards.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
