Kerbside Delivery is our standard service. Your order will be delivered to the kerbside outside your home or apartment building. Please note that the driver does not bring the item indoors or remove any packaging or pallets. We recommend having at least two people available to move the unit safely into your home.

Premium In-Home Delivery provides a white-glove experience, with your order brought inside your home and placed in the room of your choice. This service does not include pallet or packaging removal.

All pre-order dates displayed on our product pages are provided strictly as estimated timelines. While we strive to fulfill orders within the stated time frames, these dates are subject to change.
