While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, breakage and melting does occur from time to time. If your order arrives with broken or melted products, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@hammondsbrands.com to request a replacement. If notification is received within 72 hours of delivery, we will be happy to replace the products at no additional cost to you.
