WildBird guarantees the delivery of any order.

WildBird is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.

WildBird cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays or natural events.

Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (2-4 days during sales and product launches) , unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping.

Orders made late Thursday e vening and Friday can be shipped out the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipments may be subject to delays due to COVID-19. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's expense. Please note WildBird is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. International orders are considered FINAL SALE (excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping costs, sales tax, and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Please note that local charges may occur.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date (domestic and Canada orders only). Please note that the product must be returned in new condition.

Email: hello@wildbird.co with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and add your order number to the email body. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made. A refund will be given once the item is received by WildBird.

International orders are considered final sale (excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
