We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges in the form of online store credit . To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@yeahitsjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photograph of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Exclusions:

Custom orders – including, but not limited to, Custom Nameplates, Lucky Birthstone Pendants, and engraved items– are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Vintage pieces are sold in pre-owned condition and are final sale. Please review all photos and videos carefully prior to purchase.

Eligibility & Conditions:

The 7-day return and exchange request period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

All items must be returned in unworn, original condition and accompanied by their original packaging.

Once your request is approved, your order must be returned to us within 7 calendar days.
