General Information

•Most new orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

•Same day shipping cut off time is 9 AM Pacific Standard Time.

•If an ordered item is unavailable, we will email you the status.

•Your order is shipped from Fullerton, CA 92832, via USPS or UPS.

•We may substitute UPS Ground for USPS Ground Advantage or Priority in some cases and vice versa.

UPS and USPS

•Use USPS for deliveries to a P.O Box, APO or FPO, and to domestic and overseas. UPS will not deliver to these locations and delivery to only domestic.

•UPS business days are Monday to Friday, NO DELIVERIES on Saturdays or Sundays. USPS business days are Monday to Saturday, NO DELIVERIES on Sundays.

Shipping Method

•Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, UPS ground, USPS International First class.

•Expedite shipping is USPS priority, UPS 3 days option, USPS international Priority.

•We don't use UPS next day, 2nd day, or USPS express service.

•We will choose the shipping method for free shipping.

International Orders

•e4Bigs.com does not collect and pay for VAT or customs fees.

•If a shipment incurs such charges, the customer is responsible.

Return Condition

•All orders, except custom orders like embroidery, can be returned postmarked within 30 calendar days (45 calendar days for international orders) of the original outgoing shipment date from our warehouse.

•Merchandise must be in its original, new condition and must be unused.

•We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

•Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable products, final sale items

Partial or non refunds

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•Any item that is returned more than 30(45) days after delivery.

•Any customized items like special embroidery or DTG cannot be refunded.

Full Item Refunds

•If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If rejected, we will notify you the rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

•Refund normally takes 2-3 business days. If you have not received a refund, please contact to your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@e4bigs.com.

Exchanges Available

•Exchange is available(except customized order), if need, please include your exchange memo on return package.

•There is no return Authorization number needed.

Gift Card

•If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

•If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
