Exchange for other goods

•If you are not satisfied with the goods you selected, we can offer one exchange within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Goods must be unused at its original packing together with original proof of purchase and delivery note. No exceptions.

•Made to order items and special order items cannot be exchanged.

•We will exchange the goods based on the value of original receipt. No refund.

•Exchange procedure is simply fill out the "Contact us" form that you can find it from our website and send the information to our email address: service@o3baby.com.hk . Please send the goods to our office along the original receipt. We do not accept photocopied receipt. We will send the goods to you after we have received your returned goods.

•You can exchange the item by sending back to us via prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to our office.

•Customers will be responsible for both the delivery fee to our office and the return delivery fee to your address.
