HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We hope you love what you ordered. However, if it didn’t work out, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery .

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Any item received in an unexpected condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee , which will be deducted from your refund. The exact fee may vary depending on the product.

If the return is due to size, preference, or change of mind , the customer is responsible for return shipping costs .

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

•Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged

USA RETURNS

•Provide the reason for return

•You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label

If you choose to use our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund , in addition to any applicable restocking fee.

📦 Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier , responsibility is transferred to the customer.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

•checking with household members or neighbors

•contacting the carrier directly

We are happy to assist in opening a claim with the carrier, however we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, any return shipping fees, duties, or carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties & Customs
