The terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 10 - 20 business days. Please refer to shipping times at checkout.

3.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 working days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. For large

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 - 10 business days of payment of order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

6. What if M Order is Delayed. What are my Options ?

If you are affected by a late delivery, please rest assured that our team will be working hard behind the scenes to find a way to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.

At Clearhalo we take timing very seriously. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure that every order arrives before your estimated delivery date. That said, there are a few occasions when issues with manufacturing or shipping can get in the way. Fortunately, this is rare.

Is cancellation an option?

We cannot offer cancellation as an option, however, we will always try to find a solution for our customers. This may include being able to choose an alternative Item at the same value, however this may incur a fee.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return Due To Change Of Mind

CLEARHALO.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 60 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. All returns have to be authorised by CLEARHALO.com

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Warranty Returns

CLEARHALO.com will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. This is where the product has developed a fault and the product can not rectified by sending out a replacement or replacement part.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect CLEARHALO.com to process your warranty claim within 10 business days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Outside the terms

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

When making a return you must ensure you tell us your order number on your returns form originally sent out with your order and include your original invoice when returning. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
