Shipping to United States

We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

With warehouses on both coasts, we are able to reach most of our customers within a 3-5 business day timeframe. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable at your closest warehouse, so a warehouse further from your location will have to fulfill the order; this will change the ETA to 3-6 business days. Once the shipment arrives, FedEx or UPS will require an appointment for delivery, so please include a phone number in your order where you can be reached.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to most provinces in Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days business day depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination.Shipping times are estimated by the courier which usually takes 1-10 days. Transit times may be longer to remote addresses.

Delivery Information

Please double check the delivery address prior to ordering to ensure your package reaches its intended location. We can only ship your order to the address given to us in your order at the time you checkout. If you contact us with a change of address and we haven’t processed the order yet, we can make the change.

If you are not home to accept your shipment, a pick-up notification card with further details will be issued.Smaller shipments may be left at your door at the courier’s discretion.For oversized items, our delivery partner will call you at the telephone number provided to schedule a delivery appointment.

In the event of a damaged/defective item, the Wholesaler will provide a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to return the item. Items with damages or defects must be reported to the Wholesaler within 7 days of delivery.

In the event of a Buyer’s Remorse return, the shipping and handling fees will be paid by the Retailer. Returns due to Buyer’s Remorse must be reported to the Wholesaler within 30 days of delivery. Buyer’s Remorse returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee .

All returns require a Return Authorization Number from the Wholesaler prior to return of merchandise. The Wholesaler warehouse will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number and all unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the shipper’s expense. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and boxes, and in an unused, unassembled condition.

Upon receipt of the return, the items will be inspected, and refunded minus any applicable shipping costs, handling fees and restocking fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 days following the receipt of the returned items for the refund to display on your credit card statement.

Responsibility: Wholesaler is in no way responsible or liable for the success of the Retailer’s website, the accuracy, or legality of its content and operation. Further, the Retailer has independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the Wholesaler’s Drop Ship Program and is not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than set forth in this agreement. Wholesalers will not be responsible for any chargebacks, frauds, and disputes between the Retailer and its customers.
